‘Transitions (Overganger)’ was a semester-long project set in Islands Brygge, a neighbourhood in Copenhagen (Denmark).

The site has a history rooted in land reclamation, industrial development, and subsequent redevelopment. Initially established as an industrial area with factories and docklands, it later became known for its neglected industrial and harbour areas.

This project investigated alternate urban futures for the site's evolution, on the eave of this redevelopment.
